Next we will discuss what things you can do to maximize the selling price and compete with the other houses in your neighborhood. Once you have agreed on a selling price, we will do the paperwork to list your property in the MLS system so every agent and website knows your house is for sale. We will help you through the offers, contracts, inspections and closing.

Most use computer software algorithms to help you or send you a local agent beholding to them. You need your own agent that you have met and interviewed, who has a lot of experience and empathy for your personal real estate needs. Someone you can look in the eye when problems appear and discuss what needs to be done.
